Our Raw Indian hair comes directly from Indian temples in located in India. After the hair sanitized, cleaned and inspected before final processing. The bundles are double weft is unprocessed. Lengths vary from 10inches to 22inches, one piece.

To ensure the longevity of your new tresses, wash and condition hair before installation. You can have it chemically processed by a professional. Being that the hair comes in a Raw state, we can not guarantee the exact results with hair dye. Please consult a professional hairstylist in order to receive desired results. We do not bleach, dye or customize the unprocessed hair.

Shipping Policy 

All packages require signatures upon delivery.

If a package is refused upon delivery, a 15% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking fee and the original postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

We ship from warehouse in New Jersey, China and India.

Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days (the time frame you choose during checkout).

Tracking numbers are updated 2-3 business days AFTER PROCESSING TIME. Meaning, we will ship products first and update tracking order by order after the item is sent out.

Products coming from India will take 5-7 days processing. During these uncertain times, covid-19 has altered our lives. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Make sure all your information is correct before placing your order. After a placed order, misspelled words can be corrected. In case of an address change, cancel your order and begin a new one. We are not responsible for refunding a cancelation order. Pictures are taken of items before they ship. If you receive a product and its not what you ordered and you decide to keep it, we assume you are satisfied with the products. If you are unsatisfied with the order please follow our exchange procedures

Processing Time

If the order is placed before 2 pm EST, it will process the same business day or within 24 hours. Order placed after 2pm EST or during non business hours will be processed the next available business day. Certain products have processing time listed below. (Business days below do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays).
