What’s your return policy?

You can return/exchange items that are COMPLETELY UN-USED, UN-ALTERED PRODUCTS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGINGS within seven (7) day upon delivery.

Products that are altered out of its original condition will NOT be granted a refund.

If you are not sure about our hair extensions, please inspect the hair without altering, cutting, washing, wearing or opening the hair’s seals.

If your item is completely unaltered and it’s within the 7 day grace period, please fill out the return form below to initiate your request. After receiving your request, we will email you back with the return address and details within 2 business days.

We do not accept request for refund for international orders outside of US, Canada and UK. Please make sure to double check your order before you purchase. If you are an international babe, you are more than welcome to contact us if you need help with confirming the hairstyle you desire!

 

All packaging and gifts need to be returned to qualify for a full refund.

RETURN CONDITION

Please Initiate your return/exchange request using the form at the bottom of the page within SEVEN (7) DAYS after the package is signed. We can only issue refund or exchange if the product is returned in UNUSED, UNOPENED, ORIGINAL RESELLABLE CONDITION THAT’S SENT TO YOU. 

1 . Hair bundle must NOT be untied, unwrapped at the top. The security bundle choker seal must not be broken.

2 . Weft must be intact and must NOT be cut.

3 . The hair must NOT be washed, tampered with, dyed, cut, installed, bleached or appear to be worn. Curly textures must NOT be combed out, uncoiled or fluffed up.

4 . Lace must NOT be cut, tinted, dyed, bleached, plucked glued or altered in any way. Please use a wig cap to try the hair on!

5 . If your package includes any free gifts or add-ons, please include them in your return package. Missing or broken packaging and add-ons will result in up to 15% or $25 restocking fee (Whichever is greater). We trust that all of our customers are well put together!

 

6. We do not refund for un-returned products.

We are not responsible for any stylist or any individual trying to dye your hair because not everyone is a color specialist.  

ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY

1 .Please contact us within 7 days before you send anything back. Refund request after the SEVEN (7) DAY grace period will not be honored.

 

2. We do not refund original shipping. 

 

3 . Any return or shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please choose a traceable shipping method to return your package as we are not responsible for lost mails and will not refund if we do not receive your merchandise back.

 

4. If the package is refused at delivery due to customer’s reasons. We will refund the order total amount MINUS the original postage and 15% or $25 dollars (whichever is greater) as restocking fee for handling and shipping.

 

This situation includes “un-deliverable address”, refused or abandoned package, wrong address and other similar scenarios.

 

5. We do not refund for orders that are delayed in shipment as we are NOT the shipping company. 


 

6 . All sales are final for products on sale or clearance. All sales made through an affiliate link or using affiliate discount/promo code are final.

 

7 . If a product is purchased at a retail price and the same product later goes into sales or clearance, we do not refund the difference.

 

8. We do not refund to lost or stolen packages and shipment delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 9. We have the right to refuse refund/return/exchange or service to an individual if we detect any abuse of our generous return policy such as excessive return and consumer fraud. 

10. We will not issue a refund if the package gets lost due to customer entering the wrong shipping information. We may request to verify a customer’s ID and confirm the order before we allow the purchase for security reasons. 


EXCHANGE INSTRUCTION

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon the receipt of the products. We will email you asap to confirm your exchange. Please do not send anything back before we contact you.

Please return the original order slip and fill out the exchange section at the bottom. We will contact you once we receive the products and have inspected the product condition.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE REFUND

Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.  It may take extra time for the balance to show up on your account. Please refer to your own bank for this extra processing time.

 

If you used your store credit to purchase, the order amount minus original postage will be posted to your store wallet otherwise a full refund of your order total MINUS original postage will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

 

WRONG PRODUCT OR “OUT OF STOCK” AFTER PURCHASE?

We are sorry about it and would love to quickly fix it! Please email info@purple48hair.com with your order number and we are glad to help you rectify the issue. Our products sell quickly so you may order a product, however it may be out of stock during the processing of the order.  For future reference we will immediately notify the customer and offer a similar product. If the customer refuses the similar and comparable product they will be issued a refund minus 3%, or store credit. 

 

 

 

 

RESERVED RIGHTS 

 Purple48 Hair Collection and more LLC  and All Its Extended Programs reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to :

  1. Item is open, used, altered, dyed, colored, combed, anyhow tampered to un-resellable state.
  2. Original packaging is missing and broken.  Additional add-ons are broken.
  3. Any defect not caused by Purple48 Hair Collection 
  4.  An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc..
  5. We take credit card frauds and chargebacks seriously. Any fraud activity will be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent by Purple48 HairCollectionandmoreLLC.  . If you have issues with your order, please contact us directly and we are happy to help! Filing a chargeback through the bank after receiving the product will result in permanent blacklist on your name, address and bank account. Purple48 Hair Collection and more will take any measure for legal investigation and press charges for any individual committing chargeback frauds and theft as we have the right to protect our customers and our business.

Purple48 Hair Collection and more and All its Extended Programs reserve the rights to refuse service to any customer due to any activity noted as above (effective online, in store and in person).

 

 

CANCEL ORDER

Please email info@purple48hair.com with your order number within 2 hours after placing your order to cancel. After 2 hours, your product may be in processing queue already and we will not be able to cancel your order. 

Qualified cancellation will result in a full refund of your order total MINUS 1% of your order total as fees that are charged to us to process your payment.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE

Unfortunately, we cannot change address for security purposes. We can only ship to your billing address entered during checkout. If you entered a wrong address, please email  info@purple48hair.com with your order number within 2 hours after placing your order to cancel. 

Qualified cancellation will result in a full store credit without any charge for you to place your order correctly.
